When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect:

• Your name (if provided)
• Your email address
• The content of your message

2.2 Data collected automatically

When you visit our website, basic technical information is automatically collected by our hosting infrastructure. This may include:

• IP address

• Operating system
• Pages visited and time of visit

We currently do not use web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.

3. How we use your data and legal basis

3.1 Contact form

We use the information you provide via the contact form to:

• Read and respond to your enquiry
• Keep a record of important conversations

Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR): our legitimate interests in operating our business and responding to enquiries, and/or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

3.2 Technical and security logs

We may process IP addresses and basic technical information for:

• Ensuring the security and stability of the website
• Diagnosing technical issues and preventing abuse

Legal basis: our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and reliable service.

4. How we store and protect your data

We take security seriously and use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) between your browser and our servers
• Restricting access to systems to authorised personnel only
• Storing data in reputable cloud infrastructure providers
• Limiting how long we retain personal data (see section 6)

Messages submitted via the contact form are carried out with standard emailing servicee providers and will be stored by these providers.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we aim to use reasonable measures appropriate to the level of risk.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for basic functionality (for example, load balancing or session management used by the hosting provider). We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

If we add non-essential cookies in future (e.g. for analytics), we will update this policy and, where required, display a cookie banner to collect your consent.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as we have a valid reason to do so:

• Contact form submissions via email: normally kept for up to 24 months, unless we are required to keep them longer (for example, in case of ongoing correspondence or legal obligations).

We may retain information for longer if required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

7. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the site, such as:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud platforms)
• Email service providers (for sending and receiving emails)

These providers act as “processors” and may only process personal data on our instructions.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

10. Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed at persons under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. In case of significant changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, by displaying a banner on the site).
